clicksign not appears on the contextual menu

If the application has been installed correctly, you open the contextual menu and "clicksign" is not shown should be that the Windows system is a 64 bits version and you hav an old ClickSign version.
ClickSign is compatible with Windows 64 bit systems from ClickSign 10.2. Download now the latest version if you have not do it yet.
