In the case of you have installed the certificate on Windows previously the most easy way is enabling the CryptoApi signature (the certificates Windows repository).
By default is enabled but you can check and change it if you want by the Clicksign setup menu.
Access to options from ClickSign menu.
On the setup window, IDs and devices tab, see the "Use the Windows certificate repository" checkbox, if it is enabled see that below, on "Add/Remove devices and IDs" the "Windows (CryptoAPI)" entry is shown.
