ClickSign does not detect the license

 

The licenses are linked to the MAC addresses of the active network connections (cable, WIFI, USB modem ...) at the time of activation.

f you activated your license with your computer with the cable set but with WIFI disabled and you connect via WIFI alone, ClickSign will not detect the license since it will only be linked to the wired network interface. For this reason you must perform the activation with all the network interfaces of which you have activated.

You can request revocation of your license to have a new activation code generated and perform this procedure through the support form.
